DEPOSIT

A deposit of 50% of the initial invoice is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of first round of edits. Following that, any additional work or revisions for said project will be billed weekly, as incurred at the current rate of $75 p/hr.

NEW PROJECTS

All new projects are put on the schedule in the order received, on a first-come, first-served basis. Workload is managed carefully to allow equal attention to all clients. Timelines are planned to ensure efficiency and quality across the board. To ensure your project is delivered on time, please allow adequate lead time. Submitting projects well in advance of your deadlines helps ensure smoother scheduling.

LEAD TIME

Once all necessary information and files are received, I will review the scope and reply with a proposal and start date. Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity and scope. I do my best to get projects back as soon as possible, but typically allow at least 5-7 business days to receive your first draft. Larger projects require a minimum of 14 days.

RUSH ORDERS

Projects that require expedited turnaround is considered a rush order and will incur a fee at 1.5x hourly rate.

REDLINES

Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for completion (not counting the day redlines are sent). Any redlines that require a completion before 3 business day timeline will incur a 1.5 x hourly fee.
